1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 5sixDigital.com (the “Site”) or engaging our services (website design, brand identity, logo design, digital marketing), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Overview

5sixDigital provides:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Brand Identity & Logo Design

  • Digital Marketing Solutions

  • Graphic Design & eBook Publishing

3. Client Agreement

By entering a contract with 5sixDigital, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details and timely feedback.

  • Make payments as outlined in your package.

  • Adhere to these Terms and any project-specific agreements.

4. Logo & Brand Identity Design

  • File Formats: Final logos are delivered in .AI (vector), .PNG, and .SVG. Fonts are converted to outlines.

  • Color Models: Logos use CMYK (print) or RGB (digital) based on your needs.

  • Revisions: Number of design concepts and revisions depend on your selected package.

5. Website Design & Development

  • Scope: Includes agreed-upon features (e.g., responsive design, SEO setup). Additional requests may incur fees.

  • Delivery: Websites are delivered via a staging link for review.

  • Acceptance: You have 60 days to request changes. Inactivity beyond 60 days closes the project.

6. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Full or partial payment is required upfront, depending on your package.

  • Withholding Services: We may pause work until payment is received.

  • Refunds:

    • Partial refunds (minus a 50% deposit) are available only if requested before revisions.

    • No refunds after approval, additional requests, or inactivity beyond 7 days post-delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Client Warranty: You confirm ownership/license of materials provided (e.g., logos, content).

  • Ownership Transfer: Upon full payment, we assign rights to final deliverables.

  • Our Rights: We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio.

8. Limitations & Liabilities

  • “As Is” Service: We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

  • Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid under your contract.

  • Indemnification: You agree to cover costs if third-party claims arise from your content.

9. Termination

We may terminate services for:

  • Non-payment or breach of Terms.

  • Inappropriate use of our Site/services.

  • Refunds for terminated projects (non-breach) will be prorated.

10. Revisions to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site/services constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
